Get weekly discussion topics and adviceEach meeting is a discussion guided by your Leader, with a new topic every time. One week, the topic might be strategies for curbing stress eating, and the next week might center on favorite foods and recipes. You’ll gather insights from the group and contribute your own—or just listen. This combined with the insights of the Leader and the individuals within the group make each meeting unique.
After your first meeting, you’ll stay for a brief getting started session. The Leader explains what to expect and how to follow the food plans, and will give you a chance to ask additional questions. |
The confidential weigh-in
Right before the meeting, you’ll be weighed privately and confidentially by the meeting’s Leader or receptionist. The weigh-in is a way to help you track your progress and stay accountable to yourself. After the weigh-in, you’ll also get guidance on setting a goal that’s right for you.
